当社は、法令上必要な範囲内において、当社の保有する保有個人データに関し、次に掲げる事項について、本人から求めがあった場合には遅滞なく回答します。

2. すべての保有個人データの利用目的（保護法18条4項1号から3号までに該当する場合を除く）

3. 当社が行う保有個人データの取扱いに関する苦情の申出先

4. 当社が認定個人情報保護団体の対象事業である場合には、当該認定個人情報保護団体の名称および苦情の解決の申出先

5. 当該本人が識別される保有個人データの通知の求めに応じる手続およびその手数料

6. 当該本人が識別される保有個人データの開示・訂正など・利用指定などに応じる手続およびその手数料
